| Rowy Member Since: 20 Aug 2008 Location: Lake District Posts: 686 | Must be down to driving style, since i started checking (only 2wks ago) the very best I've had is 27 mpg with my normal 'Brisk' driving style, my pal used it yesterday did 211 miles and averaged 33.9!

 Fair comment but engine braking is only needed if you can't coast up to a junction and need abit of extra retardation. Surely 2000rpm use more fuel than 800rpm & the mpg gauge always ticks up 0.1 when I do it? | ||
