2013 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Orkney Grey

LED 'Signature' headlamps flickering.

I bought my Freelander 2 in June and its great.

However, I drove it in the dark for the first time last night and I'm sure the headlamps are 'flickering' when I hit bumps or ridges in the road. However, over speed humps, their aim is resolute. Is this a characteristic or does my car have a fault?

my hse did this, poor connection on one head lamp bulb was the problem on mine.

They shouldnt flicker, theres a problem somewhere there.

Probably not your problem, but be aware that they flicker if you use the screen wash - the headlamp jet gives a flickering effect. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.

Yes it does youre right, Ive got a friend who has headlamp wash on his MINI and mentioned a similar thing, he didnt know he had the system fitted, he had only had the car 7 years you see.

No, I'm not using the headlamp wash.....

The height of the beam projection stays the same, but something flickers when a sudden bump or ridge is encountered.

Team Valley Land Rover have said they will look at it for me.
