Is that the one you snap when changing the cabin pollen filter ?

Been there and done that.

Mine still opens and closes without a new one but I am from Yorkshire FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Last time we had one of these go I fixed the problem with a cable tie. You can't see it and the damper still works fine. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
