Accidentally pressed HDC whilst at low speed. No idea how I managed to do that. Realised mistake when trying to accelerate , no power. I turned off HDC, green light went out on dash. However the vehicle did not regain power until I parked up and turned off the ignition. On start up everything was fine. Is this normal or is there a problem looming. Thanks

HDC should turn off completely when the button is pressed. It might be it had gone into one of the special programs modes (M&R turns on HDC) and you cancelled the HDC but not the special program?

It was probably just a glitch and nothing to worry about unless it happens again. I once had the car start up in M&R (special programs off when it was previously used) and refuse to come out of it. Just happened the once, and has been fine ever since.
