That explains it, you've sent the first one back, LR have seen what you've done since and they thought they had better send another one Whistle

I get one after every time I have a service or repair at my local dealer. Dealer always phones me up asking if everything was ok with the visit and if there is any reason why I won't give 9 or 10 in the LR survey. I always try to be fair but always put down anything that I was not happy with. I guess it's the only way they can improve their service if you say what was not up to standard or you were not happy with. Disco 4 HSE SDV6 Orkney Grey

Car 2 months old & haven't received a feedback form yet. I was going to write a good comment on the purchase, oh well! Maybe LR are focused on the DS now? Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Usually had them online and replied online.
2011 SD, the warranty repair for faulty fuel tank sensor was a disaster, took 2 attempts and they damaged rear diff to propshaft flange and the propshaft flange. Also lost 1/2 tank fuel across filling station forecourt after first attempt at repair.
I did not fill in a return as all would have been -10. Dealer Principal sorted out mess quickly and to my satisfaction.

A little tip, if you have cause to make a serious complaint or service manage not helpful find the name of the "Dealer Principal" and write directly to them. All FL2's (3) Gone

Last week I sent a polite letter to the CEO of an Australian energy supplier (I have done this before). Someone phoned back, not the CEO, but someone who would actually listen.

It's worthwhile sending polite physical letters by mail to CEOs to have fair and reasonable issues addressed.

Be polite!

Recently heard someone say he always does this but writes with a fountain pen and gets very good responses! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
