Yes, I have read somewhere since that all the vehicles are 'tethered' usually by straps attached to the towing eyes, we know the Land Rover products towing eyes are very robust, I wonder how the others fair

Sounds like a longer salvage operation than expected and lets hope it all comes good in the end

I often see these heading down to Southampton, usually a few on the Dock at Southampton awaiting shipment.

Many years ago I worked for a Japanese car importer and a transporter ship went down near Gibraltar. They were only interested in salvaging the ship & so pushed all the vehicles out and left them at the bottom of the sea.
