Fitting spot lights?

In my quest to 'rutty tufty' up my FL2, I'm thinking about adding spotlights,
(and of course to have better night vision).
But don't reckon there are oem FL2 lights and brackets available.
So has anyone fitted spotlights in front of the grill (or have any pics of an FL2 with them fitted)?
Would be interested to know how others have done this.
Thumbs Up

Has been done Ron, without having to fit a Heated Towel Rail Whistle
Ok it's the original bumper, but shouldn't be to difficult.
Thanks to Eurolandy

Yes thanks for link LR Nut, had seen that earlier.

But you're fitting them to a chrome bar and were looking for info to wire up.

I'm looking at fitting without a bull bar and wiring will be done professionally.
So I'm trying to source how others have made up and/or secured brackets for fitment to front of grill.
Thumbs Up

Edited to add: just seen your above post ad210358, will check out links Thumbs Up

They'll be much higher up than the driving lights that come factory fitted to the older Impreza, and they work in an almost identical way

I've had a quick look online and can't find anything specific about auxiliary lighting

On my old Imprezza those were fog lights (standard fitment from when I had the car new). Don't know if all Imprezzas were the same as mine though.

Back to topic though, I thought it was only dipped headlights that had a minimum height restriction, but could be wrong.

Anyway, just secured a nice set of 7" HID spotlights.
They're that bright I'll certainly see myself coming & going. Laughing

HID will be nice Thumbs Up I'm a bit old skool and am a firm believer that LR's should be fitted with spotlights, A Bars or even Wraparound Bull Bars Wink like they used be! They are expendition vehicles FFS! Here is our STI which has been PRO R tuned and have a set of sleek spots 130W bulbs a side Laughing makes hell of a difference and the car has xenons Rolling with laughter

The bottom lights are factory fogs which have also been upgraded

Laughing We love our bars! The main reason for stainless steel is that due to the high levels of winter salt up here Evil or Very Mad the steel ones look a bit tatty after a few years. If the mods don't mind I will start a new thread showing all our LR's in NUTS' immediate family Thumbs Up MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

laser bar lights are absolutely brilliant, the light output is exceptional.
Must extinguish using dip switch.
I have driven cars fitted with these lamps and on main beam its like daylight. DOWNSIDE when you dip to standard dip beam, especially with oncoming traffic, you think you have switched lights off. All FL2's (3) Gone
2011 Mercedes C180 CGI Gone
FL2 GS Auto SD with heated leather, factory tints, alloy spare and a few other bits.
