Land Rover General Knowledge Quiz - For Site Funds

I've finished putting together a general 'quiz' on Land Rovers and hope to use it to help raise funds for the site. I started working on it at the end of April and was slightly distracted for a month but have some time off now and it's back on track and having finished it off today. Give or take, it roughly covers the following areas:

- The history of the Land Rover company
- The original Land Rovers and vehicles throughout time.
- Pub trivia about Land Rovers (dates, names, places etc.)
- The Land Rover brand (advertising campaigns, slogans etc.)
- Land Rover technical questions (names of colours, trim levels etc.)
- About modern Land Rovers
- Land Rover production
- Land Rover expeditions
- Other Land Rover knowledge

There are 50 questions in total, based generally on one or two Land Rover books and websites. Questions vary from blindingly obvious to 'How the .... would I know that?'.

If you feel like giving it a shot, donate £2 to the forum and quote your donation confirmation number in this thread and I'll send you the Questions by PM. The winner will be the one who answers the most correctly and a further donation will be given to the site on their behalf. To answer, reply to the PM listing your answers in a numbered list (1-50).
It's not serious - it's hopefully fun and people will hopefully learn lots of interesting/random facts about Land Rover. If you get full marks or no marks - nobody cares. Just go for it Thumbs Up

I don't deny that you might find most the answers through Google, and if you think that's in the spirit of things then go for it, otherwise it would be interesting to see how people score through genuine knowledge Smile

Answers will be revealed when entires dry up.

Good luck

EDIT: Just realised there isn't a donation function on this site. I'm sure Martin wouldn't mind if you signed up to DISCO3 to give your donation Question "CY from DISCO3"

Martins call obviously, but I believe freel2 is big enough now for him to give us an option of voluntary donations. Its only right that we give a bit back. Thumbs Up

If the greys and vaners give me enough voluntary donations I will of course leave the forum and never return Laughing At work

Good ideea Thumbs Up
Will take the quiz as long as Martin could fix the donations to be made directly to Freel2. After all we have abt 1000 members and the FL2 has only be released for abt 2 years. Not bad Thumbs Up
