Hi guys I'm after some advice

I have just purchased a 2007 fl2 i am looking to colour code the mirrors and door handles and possibly the black trim at the bottom of the doors.

I have seen on ebay that you can buy painted covers for the mirrors and door handles that simple stick on to the original part.

Do people recommend these or should I replace the actual part for cc items ?

How have people done there's?
