Reality is alive and well over here, my ageing Swiss Cheese. In reality, it can be done, as has been detailed. It is (yet again) YOU who seemingly cannot accept that you have been proven to be wrong. A top tip from a Badger....when you are in a hole....stop digging! Idea

With regards to your comment on insults...how ironic that that type of behaviour is usually reserved by the likes of yourself! Whistle Foraging near Gaydon....

None of this bickering is good for the forum.
I'm not pointing a finger at anyone, but if you insist on throwing insults at each other, I suggest you do it via pm's and not on here for all to see.
So end it now please, it makes unpleasant reading. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Back on topic, after the very mild temps this week (20C possible this Friday), a shock to the system is due next week. Frost potential in rural areas and temps struggling to top 10-11C in the day. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

It was white over here this morning, toast and coffee in the conservatory prevented me from venturing out into it though, last morning today. Can't wait for some good clean crisp air, makes photography, especially landscapes, much better, the recent winds whip up dust and reduce visibility.
Amazing how much guessing in the press there is, pre empting doom so they can say " we told you so"

Well, last Friday was 21C here, glorious.
If that's due to global warming, I'm all for it Laughing
It hasn't lasted long though, just checked my outside thermometer and it's 1C

Well the long range forecasts I have seen are still indicating a colder than average winter, December about average, Jan and Feb colder than average, possibly significantly.

Some Twitter weather people are saying that winter is coming to the UK around the 20th of November. The AO has flipped to negative (what ever that means!) and these weather people are saying its going to be very similar to the winter of 2009/10. I follow a few weather people on twitter, they make lots of colourful charts but I've no idea what it means, I'm just on the look out for snow!! Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Rolling with laughter I really hope so! I so want to part with that cash because if I do, it means we have had a cold and snowy winter. Not that utter tripe of mild, wind and rain of last 'winter'

The bit about berries seems contrary to me, can you explain why.

They won't eat them early if it will be a Hard One, they will save them for later Thumbs Up

Last year the birds were eating our Pyracantha berries in November, the year before they didn't touch them till well into the New Year.

Mine were all gone by the end of October. Looks like another wet one then. Whistle
