Connecting an iPod

Sorry for what is probably a obvious answer. I have a long journey back from picking my car up next month so want to listen to my iPod classic on the way back. Do I just need the standard USB charge cable or is there a special cable like in the misses seat Leon. P.s. it's a new se tech with meridian system. Cheers.

Yeah daft I know but for iPod to work in Leon it needs a sort of Y cable with iPod connector one end going to a usb & 3.5mm doc jack the other.
Good news ref freelander just using standard cable will make the 4 1/2 hrs go quicker.

United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Auto Rimini Red

To play my ipod classic via the AUX I use a Y cable with 3.5mm jack connected to the point behind the front seats of my 57 plate XS. I use a USB chrger plugged into the rear power socket to charge via the USB connector. Leads are very cheap on ebay. - 2007(57) XS Auto, Rimini Red, Alpaca Leather.
