You are covered pretty comprehensively in Europe. However they no longer provide medical cover like they used to. Terms and conditions at https://landrover-extendedwarranty-extend-...cument.pdf

Note that European cover is restricted to 30 days per single trip and to total of 91 days in a year. |

Thanks for the replies, 91 days should cover it nicely, mainly breakdown cover needed and no trip takes longer than a week.

Get a proper spare if you are going overseas a lot. Don't rely on that silly bottle of gunge in the boot. I picked up a wheel and tyre and jack off eBay * GONE. GS TD4 Manual MY2013. Orkney Grey with privacy, cold and clearview packs, armrests (a must!) and a spoiler.

Hi Have ordered a full size spare with car order, cannot understand how anyone thinks an inflation kit will cut the mustard.

The little tub of foam saves a lot of weight and improves the manufacturer's headline mpg figures. It has no other use as far as I can see! Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone

A little tub of foam surely cannot make that much difference to the MPG, maybe a point one or two tenths of a mile.

Multiply the saving between the cost of a tin of foam against the cost of a wheel, tyre, jack and wheel brace by the number of Freelander 2's sold (300,000+) and that's a considerable saving even for a large company. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Absolutly true, but also a great sales and marketing option, how many of those 300,000+ have since bought a spare wheel and tyre,
