United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Santorini Black
Landrover experence

Hi all

Went on the Landrover experience weekend just gone. Used the Freelander 2 HSE automatic. What an experience, never thought the freelander would do what it did. Scary and adrenalin rush at the same time.

I did a session last year and like you was knocked out by what the Freelander could actually do. I learnt some really interesting things and a few techniques and came away very impressed with it. I was also impressed with the instructor who took us around.

Have harboured a fancy to do a full day at another centre ever since!

@shaw Tarse, each LRE centre has the full range of LR's and RR's at the centre, you ring and book in what you would like to drive, they will tell you whats free that day, as someone might have already booked it

All the Experience Centres are very busy at the moment and there can be quite a wait to get a booking.
If you can go during the week rather than at weekends it is a bit quieter and you could have more chance of getting your vehicle of choice.
It might also be worth ringing your nearest Centre to see if they've had any last minute cancellations you could take up.

When you buy a new Land Rover or Range Rover your details are supposed to be passed to LR by your Dealer, LR will then send you an invitation to a complimentary half day experience at the LR Experience Centre of your choice in the vehicle of your choice (which does not have to be the one you bought).

There are also a few of the old style vouchers around that Dealers used to give to customers. They are still valid but maybe not for much longer as it is almost a year since the system changed.

If you bought a new LR and didn't receive an invitation give your Dealer a nudge.
