MY 2014 has arrived

Very Happy Very Happy Collected my MY2014 XS TD4 yesterday from Lancaster Land Rover in Reading (a great experience -I'll put something in Dealership Feedback). Very Happy Very Happy

Loire Blue, electric seats, front PDC, full-size spare, winter pack

I'm sure I shall soon get used to having no handbrake and an engine that cuts out when I stop (and starts again smartly). I always find driving a new car is the easy bit; it's getting to grips with the audio, sat nav, etc. that takes the time.

But I have managed to pair my phone and get my favourite radio stations set up in FM and DAB.

The manic grin continues (it never left with the 2008 model that was traded in).

So a big thanks to all those who encouraged me down the Freelander route when I first came on to the forums pre-ownership in 2008. Thumbs Up

I was looking at the Discovery commercial XS in Loire blue, almost £42k for a van Shocked I think I will get a pre-owned one, it is a beautiful colour.

No, sorry. We opted for usable extras rather than those with aesthetic appeal. That what comes of being born in the post-war austerity era. Wink
