squeaks from doorcards

I've got a couple of squeaks from the door cards, if i push gently from inside it stops. Only soft but noticeable sometimes. Anyone any fixes ? ?

My rear one was doing this on the window switch plastic surround,drove me mad but an old credit card wedged in it and trimmed off sorted it.

Opening the window a micro amount normally stops this.
