obviously something had gone on prior to the video begining

the bike who was the one to appear to have been knocked off, at the beginning, was gesturing to the FFRR and gets right up close and does a brake test, resulting in what looked to be him been knocked off

You then see what appears to be someones helmet move as if he is using some force, maybe to open the door

The FFRR flee's to save himself, his wife and child, bouncing over the bike, if you watch around the 3 minute mark there is a tyre tread rolling down the central reservation too, so i guess he blew a tyre also

The rest, self explanatory, he feared for his life, they biker were in pack mentality and there was no way to talk or reason his way out of it, he had to flee

I would have kept on the freeway and seeked police help by phone, if no phone till i ran out of fuel (hopefully in a public place), though they did make it difficult to keep on the freeway as the packed together on mass to his left forcing him off to suburban streets and traffic

Shame he wasn't armed, im sure those more unsavoury bikers will have been as some appeared to have gang type emblems on there leather waistcoats Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Not seeing what happened beforehand is hard to lay total blame.

But BOTH sides were totally in the wrong with their actions afterwards. And I'm sure there would be a nasty smell emanating from the car after all that Shocked

And we don't see the "before" and "after" bits - funny how a camera doesn't catch the whole story Whistle

We can only guess what went on beforehand, my guess would be that this mob of bikers were hogging all lanes of the highway and the car driver honked his horn and forced his way forward. They took umbrage at this and surrounded him forcing him to stop and he feared for his safety, so he should have run the f Censored lot of them over.

But then again we don't know Whistle

Here's the bloke that got run over first. His own video showing what a nice considerate, law-abiding rider he is. Rolling Eyes

I have to say I have no sympathy for these kind of bikers. they zoom around, showing off, no protection, no consideration for anyone else on the road! I am a biker myself (a respectable rider) and it hurts when I hear of a biker being killed or injured in a collision, but not when its a result of riding like this. Stupid people just asking for trouble.

I'm sure I read that the police were concentrating on the bikers rather than the RRS driver. Don't know how it eventually panned out though. 2013 RR Evoque Pure Tech
