It's worth reporting to the local council if you know what junction they were between, if not highways agency Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

I know what junction it was just before leatherhead and infact the camera shows a map with the position at time of rubbish being thrown out !

My local council has an online reporting service, maybe leather head have something similiar? |

It would come under the Highways Agency I would have though, Leatherhead DC won't be interested,
