I have the al-ko 1300, and it was necessary to fit the al-ko extended neck tow ball.

I have a AL-KO 3004 hitch and a fixed dealer fitted towbar and have experienced no problems at all. |

I had a quick look on the al-ko website and there are dimensions of suitable tow balls that can be used.

Thanks for that. I'm led to believe that the Al-Ko towball has a slightly extended neck which gives the 68mm from centre of tow ball required.

No need to worry about that CG as we will be traveling too slow. As you can guess CG I haven't gone away with the van for Easter, as there are too many caravans on the road. Have a good Easter waaxh03 |

bit flipping windy for carvaning I guess. I'm staying indoors burning those lovely logs I chopped earlier. Might go for a drive along the A1 tomorrow and count the caravans in the hedges |
