Doc, the artic ice is getting smaller but the a Antarctic ice is at record levels.

Yep, mild temps firmly in charge and no sign of even a frost. Apparently, the winter of 62/63 was relentless mild until late January when it started snowing. It snowed everyday until some point in March  LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Just a Few comments .

last winter was a record in the Alps, where i ski in les deux alpes there was over 11 meters of snow fall.
We also went skiing in the Summer at alpe d'huez which hadn't had summer snow like it for 20 years.

In scotland you could ski well into May and the day they finally closed 2 days later they had a big snow fall!

The global temperatures haven't increased since 1984, although this could just be a pause.

Global warming will cause the Uk to get colder and could trigger an Ice age,
Day after Tomorrow disturbance of the North Atlantic current, due to ice diluting the salt water. Film extreme but based on science.

Always thought it daft that the industrial revolution had no effect on world temperatures or climate change when significantly more fossil fuels were burnt than today.

At the moment (Wilko's in brighouse) they have only 1 litre bottles of the stuff, I think it was £1.50. Last year I bought a couple of 3 litre bottles for £3 each.
