Relay for additional driving lamps

Think my relay has died on my driving lamps. Not sure on a part number for it but it's the bit that mounts under the plastic scuttle. Shown on page 17 (box 95) of the instructions I found on topix - LR004088.
Can you let me know if it's available on its own and if so, how much.
