Land Rover InControl Demo Video

This has finally debuted on the new Ewok Autobiography, but I'm sure you'll be seeing it on the Discovery family et al.

Seems a gimmick to me, think I'll wait till incontrol v3 is released and the bugs that new things often have are ironed out

Utterly unbrilliant Out of Control App

The chap doing the review is hugely enthusiastic about that App - "brilliant" he says - enables you to keep up with all your social media feeds whilst diving - and brings your connectivity personality to your driving experience - and empowers you to do conference calls while driving, and manage your diary whilst driving.
Is that brilliant?
This was covered on a recent thread where LR wanted us to comment on in-car infotainment systems. http://www.freel2.com/forum/topic18745.html
Those who think that a feature of safe car control is managing your social media feeds at the wheel must surely have been on the whacky backy - how utterly, unbrilliantly dangerous!
I would like other road users hurtling about on the roads to be focused on driving safely - this infotainment distraction at the wheel is motoring madness.
