Strange drivers door lock issue

Hi, I've trawled through many lock issues and only found one with this problem, but no answer. Exclamation
Drivers lock works fine by remote lock/unlock, but operating from inside I now have to
give it TWO pulls,
so I presume the cable is fine, so would this be a sign of failing actuator?
