freelander wheels

Thinking of upgrading the 17 inch wheels to 18 but I have heard they must be freelander specific is the true?
If so could some one recommend a good scource rather than the dealer?

Yes, the Freelander wheels are quite specific, the Evoque wheels are also the same and fit well.
Plenty come up on here and also Fleabay.

Welcome to the forum, hope you find what your looking for and get enjoyment from here Thumbs Up

To be more specific they need to have the same PCD (wheel bolt spacing) which I believe is 5x108 and a similar offset (not sure what figure that is). In theory you could fit suitable size aftermarket wheels however I would be concerned about the quality/strength of the metals used. There are a lot of seemingly bargain but cr8p 'eastern' made fakes out there too although i am sure companies such as Overfinch and Kahn wheels are upto the job. eh tu?
