Just passed 40,000 miles, nearly 3 years old and still on the same brake pads so I thought as I'd just renewed the tyres I would get them checked over before our 'van' trip away at the end of this week.
Rather than me pay dealer prices these guys removed the wheels, stripped, cleaned, reassembled with only having to renew the rears as the fronts weren't even half worn. I'm not a heavy braker and I know the rears wear quicker than the fronts but still surprised at their quality/longevity.
The charge for this including pads came to £72, and looking at the service price list a FL2 comes in at £220 to LR spec, good place to know
