Brighter bulb availability for projector headlamps 2013 MY

Hi Guys
has anyone found a brighter bulb for MY13 projector headlamps ?

I managed to obtain some 55w bulbs that are brighter buy using a different gas but they don't

fit !
Been back to the supplier and there appears to be no bulbs available in a brighter version yet for these projector lamps as these new bulbs are now twin filament ! anyone else sorted please ?

I must say these projector headlamps are hopeless ! do not buy a new FR2 with projector headlamps ! my push bike one is far better ! huge step back as had no complaints with previous headlamps on my 08 FR2

Quite right too! About time Xenon's were fitted as standard on the Freelander....in the interim, order them at the time the factory order gets placed. It's a must-have!! Foraging near Gaydon....

I find that the headlights on my 2011 HSE (no xenons) are really good, never had any complaints.

Just been out and drove home in the dark and I find them okay, nice and bright... But then again I have nothing to compare them to.... So if there is a brighter one out there ill be interested to see what there like BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

Slaney and Chris... do you have "projector" lights?? There seems to be quite a few different specs in headlights.. "standard" with uprated bulbs, "projector" , "xenons" etc etc 2008 TD4 ripe for mods

Projector headlights are standard on MY11 onwards.
