Sort of related....

I'm not sure what I did but, when I have driven for more than 5 mph the doors lock...as per normal. However, I am sure that when I get out of the drivers door, it used to unlock all the doors.

I put my brief case behind the drivers seat and when I get where I'm going, I have to unlock the car again to access the rear door (not the boot, the door behind the driver)

Is there a way to make the unlocking of the drivers door, unlock all the doors?

Thanks

Jon

Lock car on fob then hold lock and unlock buttons for 3 seconds. Indicators will flash and you now have one press total access. Repeat procedure to revert to drivers door unlock alone.

Thanks for this. I had it done for me on my last car and completely forgot to ask when I picked up my new one. Just done it and I can confirm it works with the new key-less go type keys. Bow down 2010 TD4e S manual Alaska White - Gone

Mine has just started doing this.

I suspect it may need the battery disconnect reset. Silver 2009 HSE

Having thought about this overnight I suspect there may be a switch within the drivers door lock gone faulty as opening any other door unlocks all doors. Silver 2009 HSE

Strange, any suggestions

Thought I might re-use this old thread.
Two days ago when unlocking using the fob I hear two bleeps. Never happened before. And has done the same since then.
Any suggestions welcome as I can't seem to find anything in the manual.
Have also tried the secondary (spare) fob and same happens with this too.
Thanks

All the doors unlock with one press and all the windows now auto close too! I might just stand outside and play with this for a while. Only taken me three years to learn about this Rolling Eyes

Great comment I felt the same but was to shy to post what you said Thanks!!!

The original post said something about a software update. Maybe your car hasn't had that. It certainly worked on my 59 plate TD4e. MY13 Santorini Black SD4 HSE

Tried this just now on my 2013MY SE, and all doors can unlock with a single click if set up like that.

What a great forum this is. Three years on and still of help to new owners! It's easier to find an answer on here than in the book. Thumbs Up
