England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Narvik Black
No heat in front footwells

My 2007 is not getting any heat down to the footwells at the front.
On Eco heater setting the screen and facia vents have heat but none to the footwells.
Even with screen and facia set to off there is still no heat.
Fan appears to be working normally.
Not using AC at the moment as I have that 'failed bearing' noise again which I am hoping will go once the system is rehashed next week. Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?

I mean 'regassed' next week. Tattoos - Why would you choose to look like the wall of a public toilet?
