Hi all, I'm new to the forum and very informative it is too.
I've owned my freelander for about 3 weeks extras include spoiler,privacy glass, winter pack, colour coding with fog lamps. I upgraded from an X3 and loving it.

Since I'm fanatical about keeping it clean I thought I have sen a small dent behind rear door just below the quarter light which runs into a formed lip, I then checked other side and there is one too.hopefully it could be just part of the manufacturing process and not any damage.

Hope link works same on other side both too small to picture almost like they been spot welded on the inner panel.

Is it dents Andy or is it the 'orange peel' effect on paint work?

Someone has put a big dollop of orange/red paint in the way

right nitromorse did a good job of getting the red paint off,
another picture might show as it is tiny and I do think its from the forming process if you follow the quarter light window edge down its just below.

I'd be inclined to say that's good old fashioned 'orange peel' Andy. Although I am struggling to see properly on the photo. Any decent bodyshop could advise or even your dealer if you are not happy  2013 FL2 - Black Edition Auto
