I found it a little strange no! My11 freelander 2, xs, Manual, 18" hse sparkles, sidesteps, privacy, zermatt silver metallic, almond nutmeg alacantra, twin electric towbar

That's one of the things I like about the a Freelander, you don't have to alter the tyre pressures. MY 2013 TD4 XS Manual, Ipanema Sand. Cold Climate Pack, Spare Wheel, Side Mouldings, Armrest Pack, Rear Camera, Detachable Tow Bar, Spoiler.
Gone. My 2011 TD4 GS Manual, Cold Climate Pack, Front Sensors, Spare Wheel, Side Mouldings.

we have done quite a bit of caravan towing over different parts of UK of late, the FL behaves very stable and still also having plenty of grunt for difficult sections. One observation I would share with others is that on hilly sections its better in sport mode and using the command shift to keep engine revs say about 2K. if you leave the auto to itself it does try say 1600 revs and uses more fuel, I guess that the turbo isn't efficient at 1600 but comes on form for 2K. They really are a super tow tug!
