Why the Censored do we put up with the Carol Kirkwood show? All I want is th bloody weather forecast, not some 'item' from some random place she pitches up at.

Thought for the Day
Ken Bruce


as the (very short) list of things I would get rid of if I ran the BBC. ...

Not a pretty sight, I'll grant you... Confused

BUT at least it is focused. (WEATHER), not (WEATHER PLUS FATUOUS LOCATION ITEM)

This morning for example... the luvly kirkwood from Wimblebore, with the actual forecats drowned out by the (predictable) sound of a groundsman deploying a loud petrol mower... ...

All I really want rid of is the licence fee, then they can do what they want (as constrained by commercial reality for a change) and I can cherry pick the bits I want to watch without having to pay for all the dross!

All my news and weather comes from the web these days - hardly ever watch it on TV, so had to look up Kirkwood to find out who she is!
