United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey

Hi Eyorkshire what makes you say that, I picked one up a while ago off the bay but not had the time to fit it yet, this one looks the same, from memory it's got twin electrics which go to a plug so what else is there,

Thanks in advance

I can see the 12s and 12n sockets and the loom attached, but I can't see the box that the loom plugs into like in this listing.

As AD1234 has rightly said, the trailer receiver or control box is missing. The loom connector from the tow sockets would go into the receiver and the cable from the receiver would plug into a blank dedicated socket of the Freelanders existing loom.

Of course if it is the cheaper relay bypass then that is missing as well, EBay is rife for selling incomplete units.

As per EY's comments on Ebay, I have seen lots of listings where sellers are selling Towbars that are incomplete, if its by accident or deliberate I dont know, many are selling a Detachable, but only have the Ball/Hook, or have not got all the brackets, if any are missing your Censored as they cannot be bought seperately.
Also anyone buying the Thule/Genuine LR Detachable, if the seller is selling the Ball/Hook on its own without the receiver, be very careful as there are three versions out there as they released the original and two updated ones. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior
