Door mirror approach lamps

While washing the car yesterday I discoverered the approach lights under the door mirrors Confused which I never noticed before or realised the FL2 had Embarassed
Checking through the owners handbook again I cant find very much reference to these and certainly no information on how a bulb may be changed. Has anybody needed to replace one of these bulbs yet Question and if so how is it done Idea 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof.
