Was flicking through Evoque - Newly Listed just now & found a set of 18" Evoque Style 4 wheels for sale that were using my picture. I sent an email asking if the wheels in the picture were the set for sale & was told yes so I replied that's odd as that photo was the set I sold. He said does it really matter & my reply was yes it does as you are not showing the item for sale - that is either misleading or lazy.
He said I should get a life & stop being petty.

Had this happen to me a few years back when i was selling records, came across a member who was using some of my images and my listing page - reported him to eBay and they suspended his account

I wouldn't of normally bothered reporting someone but i sent him a polite message to say he was using my images and listing page i had made up for my eBay shop and would he mind changing it and removing my images,
and i received the same kind of emails back from the seller
In other words he told me to off

That's the only reason why i reported him, could of been solved there and then but he thought he was a bit of a gezza and i couldn't do anything about it (He was so wrong)  BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

He would have downloaded the photo to his own computer and uploaded it, anyways report him as the goods advertised is not correct.

The image is hosted on eBay servers and not externally linked, they have copied it and uploaded it.
I looked at asking a question about them but I they they can block the question and answer?

I know its only a snap of some wheels but it makes my blood boil this sort of thing, get eBay involved its what they are there for.

Make up a fake eBay account (can be done in 2 Min's with no comeback to you - fake address and name, no need for paypal info) stick in a bid of £2000 and let the bid run - and when its finished email him and say

They are the same wheels, same size, same colour, same style and same tyres. Wheels are in storage and I will have them in a few days but have been checked and no issues. If you decide to bid and win and you see anything different fromthe pic I will be happy to refund you.
