I might have a bit of cash coming my way so i'm thinking of buying a battery charger along with a few other bits and pieces. Are there any pro's and cons of a conventional charger verses a smart charger? I read on hear that alot of people like the Ctek smart chargers. As my FL2 has stop/start its a 80AH battery, Can anyone reccomend the correct size charger at all?

Stevie. if you search Ctek and go on their site it's fairly easy to size the charger up. |

The 5 or 7 amp is ideal for what you want, I have the 10 amp one because of charging the caravan batteries also.

I have read reviews in the past re Ctec chargers and they seemed to come out on top.

Hi, I had never heard of charging up a battery using the cigar socket. Does this work then and are there any issues to be aware of |

Lifted from Disco 3 seems a good idea to me.
