Isle Of Man 2012 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Santorini Black
Have to start engine to power up dash and windows

Actions: Insert fob, press brake, press start, engine starts, power to dash, satnav, everywhere.

Actions: Insert fob and pressing brake only used to power everything but now it doesn't!?

Any clues from you boffins please. Now - Black 2012 FR2 SD4 XS really miss the RRS

United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Lago Grey

Procedure for power only should be insert fob, don't press brake, press start button for 3 seconds. Just pressing the brake shouldn't do it.

OK, that's it, I'm starting with the alzheimers pills immediately, jeez I can't believe how it switched around in my brain!

Power for sat nav only. No brake and push start button momentarily.
