Do they fold when you lock the car? If not, try locking/unlocking the car and holding the button in continuously...if the windows raise/lower and the mirrors don't then it may need configuring at the dealers. HTH. Foraging near Gaydon....

Older models (don't know the age of your car) won't retract if you are going over about 10mph. |
