And expensive to go over, went over about 15 years ago, it's cheaper to go to Ireland and its twice as far, it's what you get when the markets cornered. We used to sail from Heysham on a Sunday night it was £700 return for a small van Shocked

The boat pricing, plus typical uk weather, finished the tourist trade years ago Now - Black 2012 FR2 SD4 XS really miss the RRS

England

I wasn't going as a tourist, it was work related, hence was taking the Freight boat out of Heysham, couldn't sleep on it for the noise, I'm sure it was the guy banging the drum for the rowers. At breakfast a Trucker from St Neots was on about the charges £1300 for an Artic.

Still very disappointed with the satnav screen.
Driving on the motorways in the last two weeks I gave up looking at the screen because it wasn't readable in the sun.

And putting a new destination in while not on a main road of the route, you get her, or her sister, telling you to refer to the map until you are on the route proper.

Nearly as bad as the missus with upside down hard copy Laughing Now - Black 2012 FR2 SD4 XS really miss the RRS
