2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Stornoway Grey

Evoque 20's now fitted!

I have now fitted my Evoque 20's.

I have to say, I was a little unsure, but now I realise I should have done it 6 months ago!

I think with the style of my car, they blend in quite well and don't look in your face. The car is 100% no harder than driving on the 19's which surprised me, maybe it is the Michelin Tyres. But it drives really well.

Anyway here are a few pics.

Let me know what you think. but I reckon they work well.

That looks very very good indeed, really impressed, they dont seem to work on the silver car, maybe the side steps help to lower the cars appearance?

Top work and well done

I think they will work on the silver car, once the door panels are colour coded. I am really pleased.

lol. Like all modifications, it will not be to everyones taste.

It made me laugh when I range my insurance to tell them about the new wheels. I was told that as my policy already has different wheels declared from standard, I don't need to tell them when I change. Result! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. it needs the suspension lowering to sit the wheels into the arches, looks like its on stilts at monment At work

No it doesn't. The overall diameter of the tyres are within 5mm of the originals so physically there is no more or no less arch gap. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Looks great!
As taztastic said, the side steps make the car more choppier, but are not nice in terrain...

I appreciate the offload capability would not be as good but the only time my is off road is when I am on caravan sites etc.

Nice pictures

Not my taste, but I can see why you have fitted them, as they compliment the rest of the changes you have made.
I like the way they contrast the darker grey of the vehicle. Make that "very shiney vehicle". Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Looks like you have 2" spacers under the suspension struts.
Now if they did give an extra 2" and I could get a decent set of mud tyres to fit - that would be a worthwhile argument to have with SWMBO

OK they wouldn't look pretty after a weekend in Wales, but the fun you could have knocking lumps out Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Thanks Andy, I freely admit that mine will never see much off roading. But I also love the way your G4 looks!
