England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Sumatra Black
19" wheel and tyre wanted

I have recently changed the wheels on my wifes Freelander to 19" wheels from the standard 17" wheels it came with, I only have 4 x19" wheels so the spare is still 17" hence why I am looking for a 19" wheel to use as a spare, so the tyre/wheel condition is not too critical......

Why do you need a 19" spare wheel, mine on 18" and the spare is a 17" so you can still use your old spare if you still have it. The outer Dia of the 17" wheel with tyre will be the same as the 19"

I thought it would be ever so slightly smaller and may damage the diff? Black FL2

Mine came standard with 18" and the spare 17" it's what land rover fitted, don't know what size spare come's with 19" I was thinking it was the same.

I will see what others say that had 19" as standard, I thought that having the exact size was critical on 4x4's as I think it is on my other 4x4 as it can suffer from Diff wind up I believe???? But this may be different with all the "electricaries" on the freelander Black FL2

17" steel in mine with a 235/65/17

19" 235/55/19 as it came with Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
