Well I haven't really had any trouble with the DPF. Until this morning. Car has done 112000 km and it is mostly on motorway, actually. However this morning the DPF-full visit dealer came up - together with limp mode.
After two-three minutes the DPF-full came up (with the instruction book sign). After about 5 minutes they both disappeared. I restarted the car and all fine, together with driving on the motorway for about 35 minutes.

Now for my question... shouldn't the order of warning messages be: DPF-full (instruction book); after a while perhaps DPF-Full Visit Dealer cum limp mode? Or are the warning messages "random"?

Since it is my first time with this problem I don't really know whether it will show up again, or if the motorway run was enough... It's never too late to learn something new...

it should be enough to drive about 20 mins on the motorway.. it is aggravated by driving at low revs for short distances in cold weather... and not being able to speak "Skånska"... I have heard stories of them being regen'd by sitting in the workshop with a weight on the pedal in neutral gear.

The display messages order is exactly as set out in the manual: DPF-full - which is an indication that you are approaching maximum clogging treshhold and stands for necessity to initiate a regeneration-drive. If you fail to do so, DPF-full-Visit-Dealer comes as next which is accompanied by limp-mode. After a while check-engine lamp flares up that suggests a fault-code registred by ECU. The fact that the messages disappeared shows that everything worked out as it should have. Sometimes DPF-related display messages go away in reversed order: Visit-Dealer is replaced by DPF-Full and the normal engine torque is restored and then DPF-Full goes away as well..
