Couple of other things, did you ever have an issue when changing from 4th to 5th and moving the gear stick slightly too far toward you that it sort of locks over and 5th or 6th can't be selected as it's too near reverse?

Also, why only one roof bar, is this something to do with the sunroof?

This is a know issue with some manuals, I had it once when the reversing lockout senson wires came loose.
Easy to fix, remove Center console, and insulation around gear selector and the sensor is on the drivers side.
Just check electriiCal connections

One roof bar - standard I believe, may be panoramic roof related.

Single center bar is not a roof bar, your not supposed to use it for weight bearing, it is a structural member for the roof rails. The roof bars come in pairs and are removable. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Well, the parking sensors are now finally fixed. Very Happy

Still have the issue that when changing from 4th to 5th if you move the gear stick too far toward reverse it won't go back over and you have to stop, engage reverse and then it will go back the other way. Need to resolve this.

Even though I didNt sell this to you directly, I still feel bad.

As above post, it sounds like the solenoid and should be an easy fix, possibly poor connection
Due to removal of Center console when rear entertainment was removed.

Still wish I had kept gp56 and not purchased my current dog of a fl2.

All the best

Well, just for an update, she's happily plodding on. Return trip to Falmouth with the dogs in the back (sorry about that, they are well behaved!) managed about 34mpg which wasn't all bad.

Gear selection issue now fixed, one headlamp bulb failed and that's about all.

The missus is chuffed to bits with it, we'll certainly be replacing it with another when the time comes though it'll probably have to be a metallic blue one as it's the only other good colour in our opinion.

I really like it, never driven one before but it's streets ahead of the Navara's and the like I've had the misfortune to bounce along in. Cool

The winter tyres are still on, I've sourced another set of alloys for next year that my mate at the Wheel Specialist wil be snazzing up for me with some all weather tyres on though.

Other modifications so far have been side steps and a personalised reg plate so nobody except folks who know when the colour was made know how old it is!

The drivers door still to be sorted, as are the marks on the rear bumper, all work in progress! Smile

Just a little update on the car. After a registration plate swap as a Christmas present (cost me a fortune this car has!) and a few other additions......

Sill going strong and so far still faultless. :D

Best colour Wink

Still getting used to mine MPG wise.... what do you get around town and on the MWay ? ( Noticed you said 34mpg for a trip so I assume that was combined ? )

I'm getting about 30-31mpg around town... not been able to work out Mway yet.... ( trip tomorrow though ).

How do you find your Air Con BTW - coldish or very cold ? I'm thinking of charging mine up as its not that great....
