iPhone mount

Hi, I want to fix my iPhone so I can reach it and see the screen but I don't want to use a windscreen sucker or drill any holes, any recommendations?

I use something a bit simpler with this iPhone car mount...it works fine, i used the little "sticky plate" that comes with it and posted it right on my dash. As im planning on getting an iPhone 5 i have been wondering if there is anything i can do to stream line it directily into my dash..meaning i can play itunes music through the stereo.. Something like this Oxygen Ocar iphone head unit, just without replacing the head unit...idk if that makes any sense..
