FL2 survey

Has anyone else got the letter from LR and completed the on-line survey with RSM?
The questions seemed aimed at assisting in designing the next generation FL.
I`ll wait for the follow up phone call now, because I moaned that the quality control was still not good enough(in my opinion). But won`t hold my breath in the meantime!! Don`t drive faster than your angel can fly!

Since I purchased my vehicle on 8 September 2007, I have had no correspondence (apart from Taggarts offering me 3 years servicing to be paid upfront) from either Taggarts or Land Rover. Not a sausage Exclamation Sad Freelander 2 GS Auto black + privacy glass

another one?

My only correspondence from LR has been a recent brochure and price list in case I am interested in buying a new FL2 Shocked
Having only had mine just over 3 months, this seems a tad early to consider a trade-in! Razz

However, should I get surveyed I will respond in a balanced way; I like the idea that LR seek feedback; even better if they take any notice of it! Thumbs Up  Life is not a dress rehearsal!

No letter but had an email asking me to complete a survey online.
Not got the car yet so assuming the email came via registration on their web site. TD4 HSE Auto Caspian Blue

Yes, I did get one too from Landrover Germany in Frankfurt. My main complaint is the lousy information practice of Landrover, the non-availability of needed spare parts, and their ignorance on oil qualities.
I am quiet sure that if all this will continue, this was my first and my last Landrover.
I need my Freelander mostly for towing horse trailers and my boat. So reliability is of utmost importance to me.

In Australia I got a phone call asking for feedback. In general I am extremely happy with my FL2. But I complained about the lack of a towbar on delivery that had been promised to me at the time I ordered. The towbar has since turned up.

I also let them know I was disappointed with the lack of covered storage. The centre console needs a lid and I'd like somewhere to put the coins to use in parking meters - my Discovery II had both.

Cheers,

Problem with these surveys, they appear to be only interested in positives. I had letters from L/R on regular basis until I used some negative replies!!! or is it just me!!!! Rolling Eyes David
