It'll be the split pipe. You'll never seal that pipe with just tape - the pressure will be too great. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Yes the noise has only started since taping. Many thanks and I have the replacement coming next week so will update.

Thanks to all and apologise for the delay but just to update....my wife & I have a new addition to the family...we have a little baby girl born on the 3/9 weighing 8lbs:-)

Replaced the hose and all is good....no more noise and engine light reset.
