Apple music on CD

Can anyone tell me if the cd player will play Apple music (ACC format). I know you can connect an IPhone which obviously uses ACC format, but can the CD player read this file format.

Do you mean music you have bought through Itunes or music you use Itunes to manage??

I want to burn some of the music on my Itunes on my computer to a CD so I can play it in the car.

It should work on the CD player but I was wondering where the music has come from. If you have bought it from Itunes I think from memory you can only burn/use it on other systems 5 times because of copyright protection so something to bare in mind.

Using ITunes is new to me, but surely once burnt to a CD it can be used forever

Just use itunes to burn to cd as mp3 format. you can get over 100 songs on a single cd about 8 hours worth.

Yes, it will but what I meant was that you can only burn it 5 times. I stopped buying songs through Itunes for this reason.

Create a "Playlist" in iTunes.
Drag all the songs you want to the playlist
Right click on the playlist...select "burn CD" select MP3 option and as Wizking says you can get loads on one CD, which will be playable in the freelander.
If you have any copy protected songs it wont let you copy them and iTunes will only let you copy a playlist onto CD seven times.

Thanks everyone, I did as sugested but it would not let me burn all the songs as MP3's, so i selected the Audio CD option, well five CD's later I have my playlist on CD.

Thanks to everyone.

Original cd tracks will equate to around 20 on a disc, convert the, to MP3 and you will get hundreds on a standard 720Mb disc

If it will not let you burn, just covert it to mp3 first (it will make a copy as mp3) then use this one to burn.

As you have iTunes you presumably also have an iPod.

Why not just plug the iPod into the Aux socket? I mean, it's what they were invented for.

Good advice! I bought a secondhand iPod of fleabay just to keep in the car. I also got a USB adapter for the power socket so a standard iPod USB lead works. John
