I have just seen our friends jaguar XF, It's a fantastic diesel, smooth, quiet and powerful, would be great, de-tuned, in the FL2. I also liked the touch screen panel, controls a lot of function that are now on the huge centre consol. Fitting this means they could reduce both size and clutter. The electric handbrake is good and would mean they could fit a centre armrest with decent storage. While I am on the wish list she has proper keyless entry and start, walk withing a few metres of the car and it unlocks, get in press the button to start, the key never has to leave your pocket. I am sure these would not cost much to fit as they are used on other cars in the group,
however, I do not suppose there is much incentive judging by the recent numbers sold. LR need to remember that cars age very quickly and with the new X3 about to be launched, and will possibly have the 3yr servicing for £250 and the Sante-fe and Sorento with their 5 and 7 year warranty LR need to keppup with the game.
