Absolutely brilliant. If LR ever needed an advert for the Freelander then this is it. I'd love to come and do this in mine, but the wading depth isn't good enough to cross the waters to get there.

Considerable drop.
Lots of car electronics don't function well at all below 9vish.

Voltage drop at start up will have an effect on the electronics, and as there is only one earth path at the moment(-ve in electrical terms), the electronics are obviously strugglin ... |

The Tenapad V1 is a classic.
V2 and V3 only have the fact that they are thinner than V1 going for them.
They don't hold any more than V1, but are easier to carry about, perhaps in a bag.
