The above packed in this morning on my way home from work - the linkage sheared off. Is it a difficult job to replace it? I've been told it comes as a whole,including the motor.

The orginal factory fitted tyres on mine stared to make a noise at about 25k miles. This carried on until I replaced the tyres when the tread was down to 3mm. New tyres - no noise.

Some tyres make more noise as they get older so don't rule them out.
I'll bear that in mind. The tyres are General Grabber AT2's and are approx 3 years old.
