Agree with that, My outfit is more than capable of keeping up with (and exceeding the speed limit) and its not often that I can be accused of holding anyone up.

Im sure there are plenty of repairable LRs with nothing much more than panel damage. Worth a punt at the right money but will in all likelihood be scrapped?

Had a td5 manual for 10years with lighter van 1400 kg. Which was great until the end! The fl2 manual tows much better, very stable. Only 20mpg at 60 towing about same as d2, but 40mpg solo vs 32.
