I'm sure I'll stand corrected, but Bluetooth is Bluetooth - as long as the version numbers are compatible there should be no problems.
They should all adhere to a certain spec and function otherwise ...

First 2300 miles in SD4 (auto) OBC indicates 34.6 mpg, actual 31.9 mpg (calculated brim to brim). Mainly rural roads and some A roads.

OBC generally about 8.6% optimistic.
